Danida collects only the information needed to review payments and prepare account connections.

Information collected

The service may collect a customer name, contact method, MetaTrader platform, broker, server, account number, subscription choice, requested lot size, and crypto transaction ID.

Passwords

Trading passwords and investor passwords are not requested and should never be submitted.

How information is used

Information is used to verify subscriptions, prepare copy-trading access, manage expiry, respond to lot-size requests, and contact customers about service status.

Retention and requests

Records remain in the private owner dashboard until removed. Customers may contact the service owner to request correction or deletion of their information.
